NCP Factions Unite for Pimpri Chinchwad Polls
Two groups in the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP), led by Ajit Pawar and Sharad Pawar, have decided to work together for the upcoming Pimpri Chinchwad city elections.
This is a big deal because they had a big fight and split up a few years ago.
Ajit Pawar said they will announce who will run for which seats soon.
Meanwhile, Ajit Pawar also criticized the BJP, saying they are being corrupt and threatening other politicians to join them.
He asked people to vote for the NCP's 'Clock' symbol.
The elections are on January 15, 2026, and the counting of votes will happen the next day.
