Eighth IN-USN Explosive Ordnance Disposal Exercise 2026 Concludes in Kochi

The Indian Navy and the United States Navy did a special training exercise together.

It is called the Explosive Ordnance Disposal Exercise.

Explosive ordnance means dangerous things like bombs.

The sailors learned how to find bombs and make them safe.

This was the eighth time the two navies held this exercise.

It took place in Kochi at the Southern Naval Command.

The sailors shared their best ideas and tricks with each other.

They practiced diving to find things underwater, like sunken ships.

They also learned about machines that work underwater without people.

Working together helps the two navies understand each other and work as a better team.
