BJP Stalls Telangana Assembly, Demands Inquiry Into Section 22A

They entered the well of the House carrying placards and shouting slogans.

Some members sat on the floor, and A Maheshwar Reddy tore agenda papers.

The Speaker said displaying placards was not proper and ordered marshals to remove them.

The House was then adjourned during Question Hour.

The government said it was willing to discuss the issue at a committee meeting.

Another minister accused the BJP and Bharat Rashtra Samithi of working together on the protest.
