Manipuri musician dies after alleged assault outside Delhi home
Chongtham Vikram Singh was a 55-year-old musician from Manipur who lived in Delhi.
Police said he went outside his home late at night and complained about loud noise.
The noise was reportedly coming from delivery workers and people connected with nearby eateries.
An argument followed, and Singh was allegedly chased and attacked inside his building.
