The Chennai Angels Backs LogiXair to Boost India's Aerial Logistics

The Chennai Angels Backs LogiXair to Boost India's Aerial Logistics

Some grown-ups called angel investors help new companies get started by giving them money.

One group, The Chennai Angels, decided to give money to a company called LogiXair.

LogiXair is building special flying machines called cargo aircraft that can carry packages through the air.

These aircraft can carry up to 300 kilograms and fly as far as 600 kilometers.

That is like carrying three heavy adults over a very long distance without stopping.

Because they take off and land like helicopters, they do not need roads, railways, or big airports.

This means packages can reach smaller cities and towns much faster.

LogiXair wants to help deliver things like online shopping orders, medicine, and other important cargo.

The money from the angels will help the team build and test its flying machines.

If it works, it could change how things are delivered across India.
