Four Jalpaiguri Students To Receive Transfer Certificates After Clash

The headmaster was pushed down and punched, and he needed hospital treatment.
The headmaster was also accused of hitting some students before the fight.
Officials said both sides were responsible after an initial investigation.
The education minister ordered that the four students receive Transfer Certificates.
