Delhi BJP Chief Accuses Opposition Protests of Harming Festive Trade

Delhi BJP leader Harsh Malhotra criticised several opposition parties for holding protests.

He said the protests were against the Chief Election Commissioner.

Malhotra also said they could disrupt business during a busy time for traders.

He said earlier protests had hurt business in Delhi in July.

He claimed traders were worried about more disruption in the coming months.

The article does not give the opposition parties’ responses to his criticism.

At another event, Malhotra remembered former BJP leader Kedar Nath Sahni.

Sahni had held several public roles, including governor of Goa and Sikkim.
