Five Drown Attempting Rescue Amid Bihar’s Bhagalpur Floods

Five people died in Bihar while trying to save someone who fell into deep floodwater.

The accident happened on a road in Koyli Khutha village in Bhagalpur.

The water was so deep that people could not judge its danger easily.

Four of the victims were from one family, and the fifth was their neighbour.

Another person was badly hurt and is receiving treatment.

The victims were taken to a hospital, where doctors declared them dead.

The area is facing serious flooding as the Ganga continues to flow above the danger mark in places.

Villagers want officials to put up warning signs and make flooded roads safer.
