Gill frustrated after Sri Lanka draw, praises India’s effort

India and Sri Lanka played a second Test match that ended in a draw.

India’s captain, Shubman Gill, said he felt frustrated because his team could not win.

He said India tried to attack at the start of the match.

The pitch became slower, which made it harder to take wickets.

India’s bowlers and fielders worked hard for three days.

Gill gave his team 10 out of 10 for effort and intent.

He also said Sri Lanka played well.

Gill believes India still has a good chance of reaching the World Test Championship final.
