Sindhu Gangadharan on Bridging Gender Gap in Tech
Sindhu Gangadharan, a top leader in the tech industry, spoke at an awards ceremony about how women are making progress in tech jobs.
She said that while more women are working in tech now, there are still fewer women in leadership roles.
She believes that using technology, especially AI, in the right way can help make things more fair for women.
