CIDCO Launches First FCFS Housing Scheme With 4,508 Ready Homes
CIDCO is giving people a chance to buy their dream home directly, without a lottery.
There are 4,508 ready homes in Navi Mumbai, with some for people who need extra help.
You can see the homes, pick the one you like, and move in right away after paying.
But you should register soon to get the home you want.
4,508 ready-to-move tenements across five Navi Mumbai nodes
1,115 EWS homes and 3,393 LIG homes
Eligible EWS beneficiaries can avail a ₹2.5 lakh PMAY subsidy
