Nyayavadi Sangham DRT Hyderabad holds seminar, elects new body
The Nyayavadi Sangham, DRT Hyderabad, held a seminar on December 25 at the Satya Sai Trust in Telangana.
The seminar focused on important legal topics related to the DRT (Debt Recovery Tribunals) and NCLT (National Company Law Tribunals), specifically the SARFAESI Act and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.
Senior advocates spoke about the legal aspects and challenges faced by banks.
During the meeting, the members also elected a new governing body, with KV Nageswara Rao being re-elected as President.
Other positions were filled by N Rama Rao, M Kanaka Durga, T Vidya Rani, R Kasi Viswanadham, K. Durga Prasad, M. Srinivas, A Siva Koteswara Rao, and B Veena Madhuri.

Advocate Peri Ramakrishna spoke on procedures for filing cases before the NCLT and legal challenges in insolvency proceedings.
The new governing body was elected unanimously, with KV Nageswara Rao re-elected as President.
Other elected members include N Rama Rao as senior Vice-President, M Kanaka Durga as Vice-President, T Vidya Rani as Treasurer, and R Kasi Viswanadham as Secretary.
