Bawankule Urges Faster OBC Education and Employment Schemes
Maharashtra minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule wants government programmes for OBC students and young people to work faster.
These programmes include scholarships, hostels, exam coaching and job skills training.
Officials reviewed an organisation called Mahajyoti, which supports some of these efforts.
Mahajyoti received money for its regular work and construction in the 2025-26 budget.
