UP Police Busts Report-Altering Racket in Sambhal

They would alter reports to help criminals, make innocent people look guilty, and even help clinics run illegally.
The police found out about this when they investigated a pharmacist who changed a report.
They found out that some people were getting paid to change the reports to make it seem like someone died in a different way than they actually did.
