John Abraham, Jonty Rhodes Unveil Rotterdam Dockers Jersey for ETPL
The European T20 Premier League, also called the ETPL, is a brand-new cricket tournament for teams from Europe.
Six teams from cities such as Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dublin, and Belfast will play in it.
The first season starts on August 26 and ends on September 20.
Before the games begin, the Rotterdam Dockers showed everyone their new team jersey at an event in Mumbai, India.
Bollywood actor John Abraham and famous cricket player Jonty Rhodes helped reveal the jersey.
The Dockers also welcomed a technology company called Fireflies.ai as a new partner.
The team's first match will be against the Amsterdam Flames in a town called Voorburg.
Some of the biggest names in cricket, like Faf du Plessis and Heinrich Klaasen, are part of the team.
The people behind the league hope cricket will become more popular in Europe and grow into a truly global sport.

The Dockers are one of six city-based franchises in the inaugural, ICC-sanctioned European T20 Premier League (ETPL), scheduled from August 26 to September 20, 2026, with matches in Voorburg and Dublin.
Fireflies.ai has joined as the franchise's Official Jersey Partner, with co-founder and CEO Krish Ramineni also becoming a Founding Investor of Rotterdam Dockers.
The Dockers' leadership group includes Faf du Plessis, Heinrich Klaasen and Founder & Managing Director Madhukar Shree, with former South Africa captain du Plessis leading the team on the field.
The ETPL is a joint venture between Cricket Ireland and Rules Global, co-founded by Abhishek Bachchan; Rahul Dravid co-owns Dublin Guardians, Ajinkya Rahane joined Amsterdam Flames, and Steve Waugh and Glenn Maxwell are among franchise owners.
