PG Operator Surrenders After Delhi Building Collapse Kills Seven
A five-storey building in Delhi collapsed and seven people died.
A paying guest accommodation called Hostel Daze operated inside the building.
Police say Shubham Tyagi helped run the accommodation.
He had been missing since Sunday.
On Friday, he surrendered at Patiala House Court.
Police then took him to court.
The court gave police two days to question him.
Another accused, Sudhanshu Lovneesh, had already been arrested in Rajasthan.

Police said Tyagi had been absconding since Sunday after learning about the collapse.
Tyagi was taken to court and remanded to two days of police custody.
Co-accused Sudhanshu Lovneesh was arrested in Rajasthan on Wednesday.
