PG Operator Surrenders After Delhi Building Collapse Kills Seven
A five-storey building in Delhi collapsed and seven people died.

Police say Shubham Tyagi helped run the accommodation.

On Friday, he surrendered at Patiala House Court.
Police then took him to court.
