Dabur Receives No Adverse Observations from BSE on Sesa Care Amalgamation
Dabur is a big company that makes many things we use at home.
They wanted to merge with another company called Sesa Care, which is known for its Ayurvedic hair care products.
The stock exchange, BSE, looked at this plan and said there were no big problems with it.
This means Dabur can now move forward with the merger, but they still need approval from other important people and groups.
Dabur bought most of Sesa Care last year and their board approved the full merger earlier this year.
This merger will help Dabur grow and offer more products to customers.
Dabur received an observation letter with no adverse observations from BSE on December 4, 2025, regarding the amalgamation of Sesa Care.
The scheme is subject to various statutory and regulatory approvals, as well as approval from shareholders and creditors.
Dabur acquired a majority stake in Sesa Care in October 2024.
The full merger scheme for Sesa Care into Dabur was approved by its board in May 2025.
