Guntur City Launches Direct Commissioner Contact & Grievance System
Guntur city is starting a new way for people to get help with their problems.
On Monday, they can call a special phone number between 9:30 AM and 10:30 AM to talk to the Commissioner directly.
After that, until 1 PM, people can go to the government building to give their complaints and applications.
City leaders will be there to listen and help solve old problems.
Guntur Municipal Corporation (GMC) introduces 'Dial Your Commissioner' program on Monday, 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM.
Residents can call 0863-2224202 to directly contact the Commissioner for local issue resolution.
Following this, a Public Grievance Redressal System will be held until 1 PM, where applications and complaints can be submitted in person to department heads.
GMC Commissioner Puli Srinivasulu encourages citizens to utilize these facilities for problem-solving.
Both programs aim to address long-pending issues of Guntur city residents.
