The Chief Minister told officials to quickly fix roads, buildings, and other things damaged by recent floods.
He wants families affected by the floods to get money right away.
He was not happy that some money meant for disasters wasn't being used.
He also said to make detailed reports about crop damage and other problems.
The reports will be given to Union ministers.
