BGUS Secretary Announces Khairatabad Padayatra, Vows to Champion Poor
Palapugu Govardhan is a leader in Khairatabad and the secretary of the Bhagyanagar Ganesh Utsav Samithi.
He said he has worked for poor people for nearly 30 years.
He said he would even go to jail if that were needed to defend their rights and welfare.
