Samvardhana Motherson Pledges ₹11,000 Crore Tamil Nadu Investment
Samvardhana Motherson International plans to invest ₹11,000 crore in Tamil Nadu.
The project could create about 7,000 jobs.
These jobs may involve design, engineering, manufacturing, assembly and logistics.
The company and Guidance Tamil Nadu signed an agreement in London on Monday.
EY also plans to invest ₹1,000 crore in the state.
That project could create more than 2,000 high-value jobs.
Sigma Technology Group is expanding its presence there as well.
State officials said these commitments could strengthen Tamil Nadu’s industries and technology sectors.
