UHS Research Committee Reviews 125 Applications
The Dr NTR University of Health Sciences (UHS) in Vijayawada had a meeting to look at 125 applications for the Best Researcher Awards.
These applications came from teachers and students in colleges linked to UHS.
A special committee checked all the applications carefully.
The university also said they will celebrate the birthday of a famous scientist, Dr Yellapragada Subbarao, as 'Research Day' on January 12, 2026.
In the meeting, they talked about giving money for research, setting up special centers for new ideas, making rules for research, protecting new ideas, and working with other places to do more research together.
The university wants to make sure all their colleges do good research.
