Bukayo Saka Makes History with WC Hat-Trick
Bukayo Saka, a player from England, scored three goals in a big football match called the FIFA World Cup.
This match was for third place, and England won 6-4 against France.
Saka's three goals made him very special because only three other English players have ever done this in World Cup history.
The last one was Harry Kane, who did it in 2018.
Saka has now scored six goals in total in the World Cup, which is a lot!
He is also one of only three English players to score at least three goals in more than one World Cup.
Bukayo Saka scored a hat-trick in England's 6-4 win over France in the FIFA World Cup 2026 third-place play-off.
Saka is the fourth English player to score a hat-trick in a World Cup match, following Geoff Hurst, Gary Lineker, and Harry Kane.
He scored twice in the first half and once from the penalty spot in the second half.
Saka's three goals took his overall World Cup tally to six, making him England's fourth-highest goalscorer in the tournament's history.
He is the third English player, after Gary Lineker and Harry Kane, to score at least three goals in more than one World Cup edition.
