Kalyani University Revives Chronicle Tradition
The University of Kalyani has brought back its old tradition of publishing a newsletter called Kalyani University Chronicles.
The first issue was launched by the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. (Dr.)
Kallol Paul, with the help of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) and the Newsletter Committee.
This newsletter is like a mirror that shows the university's progress in teaching, research, and other activities.
It includes stories about the university's research projects, awards given to teachers, achievements by students, and events on campus.
In the future, the newsletter will focus more on improving quality, reaching out to the community, and working with other organizations.
The Vice-Chancellor is happy that this newsletter will help the university share its successes and meet the standards expected of higher education institutions.
The University of Kalyani launched the inaugural issue of its revived newsletter, Kalyani University Chronicles (Volume 1, Issue 1).
The launch was conducted by Vice-Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Kallol Paul in the presence of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) and the Newsletter Committee.
The newsletter aims to reflect the university's intellectual and administrative progress, serving as a valuable communication channel for academic milestones and innovations.
The first issue features highlights of research initiatives, faculty recognitions, student achievements, and campus events.
Future editions will focus on quality enhancement measures, extension activities, outreach programs, and collaborative projects to deepen the university's engagement with society.
