Delhi Govt Seeks Recall of Order on Riot Victim Compensation
Imagine there was a big fight in Delhi, and some people got hurt and lost things.
The government promised to help them by giving them money, called compensation.
A court told the government to give this money out.
However, the government now says they want to take back that order because their lawyer agreed to it without asking them first.
The people who were supposed to get the money haven't received any.
The court will decide if the government has to pay the money or not.
The Delhi government is seeking to recall a court order regarding compensation for 2020 Northeast Delhi riot victims.

The High Court had ordered the disbursal of compensation on January 15.
