Coursera to Acquire Udemy in $2.5 Billion Deal
Coursera, a big online learning company, is buying Udemy, another big online learning company, for $2.5 billion.
This means that Udemy's shareholders will get some Coursera shares for every Udemy share they own.
The new company will be bigger and better at teaching people skills like AI and computer programming, especially for companies that want to train their workers.
The deal is expected to happen next year, but it still needs approval from regulators and shareholders.
Both companies' shares went up a bit when the news came out, but they're still not as high as they were after they first started selling shares to the public.
