FSSAI Suspends A.R. Dairy's License Over Ghee Adulteration
A.R. Dairy had its license suspended because they were selling ghee that wasn't pure and giving false information.
They were supposed to be selling ghee to a temple, but it turned out the ghee had stuff in it that shouldn't be there.
They also lied about where the ghee came from.
They claimed to have made it themselves but actually bought it from another company and didn't even have a proper license to do that.
The government food safety agency found out about it and took action to protect people from getting bad food.
FSSAI suspended A.R. Dairy's license for ghee adulteration and false information.
The suspension follows an investigation into violations of food safety standards.
A.R. Dairy allegedly supplied adulterated ghee to Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD).
The company provided false information about the ghee's origin and production.
FSSAI found discrepancies between A.R. Dairy’s production capacity and supply to TTD.
