Apple Opens Siri Settlement Claims for Eligible iPhone Owners

Apple Opens Siri Settlement Claims for Eligible iPhone Owners

Apple has agreed to create a $250 million fund after a lawsuit about a delayed smarter version of Siri.

The lawsuit said Apple promoted some iPhones as being designed for Apple Intelligence before the upgraded Siri was ready.

Apple denies doing anything wrong and has not admitted legal responsibility.

People in the United States who originally bought certain iPhones may be able to claim money.

The covered phones include the iPhone 15 Pro models and all iPhone 16 models.

Each eligible phone can receive at least $25, and the amount could rise to $95.

People must file a separate claim for each phone by December 21, 2026.

Payments will not be made until after a court hearing scheduled for February 2027.
