NASA Astronaut Anil Menon Shares Aurora 'Room With A View'

Auroras are beautiful glowing lights that sometimes appear in the sky near the top and bottom of Earth.

Usually people see auroras from the ground, looking up.

One astronaut got a much closer and special view.

His name is Anil Menon, and he works for NASA.

He was flying on the SpaceX Dragon spacecraft.

He looked out of the spacecraft's window and filmed the glowing lights outside.

He shared the video on X, a social media app, and called it 'a room with a view.'

That is because the window made space look like a cozy room with its own movie playing outside.

Many people who saw the video said it was beautiful and peaceful, and some compared the view to a shot from a science fiction film.

The video shows how amazing our universe looks from space.
