NIA Searches Five Locations in Cyber Terrorism Case

India’s National Investigation Agency, or NIA, is investigating alleged attacks on government websites.

The agency searched five places in four states and Delhi.

The case was registered in Gujarat on June 25, 2025.

Investigators say someone tried to use DDoS attacks against 54 government websites.

A DDoS attack sends huge amounts of unwanted internet traffic to a website.

This can make the website difficult or impossible for normal users to access.

The alleged attacks happened during Operation Sindoor.

The NIA is also looking for people who may have helped with technical skills or training.

One report says two people have already been arrested, but another says no arrests were announced during the latest searches.
