Emraan Hashmi returns as wounded hero in Awarapan 2

Almost 19 years ago, a sad movie called Awarapan told the story of a gangster named Shivam Pandit.

Many people loved it, and now Shivam is back in a new movie called Awarapan 2.

One day, Shivam finds a baby girl who has been left all alone.

He takes her to an orphanage and names her Aliyah, just like someone important from his past.

Later, the little girl is adopted, but then she disappears.

Shivam learns that bad people took her as part of a gang that steals and sells children.

So he travels to a big city called Bangkok to find her and other missing children.

He goes undercover with scary gangsters, while the movie mixes action, music and emotion.

Some reviewers say the first half is exciting, but the ending gets a bit slow.

Still, most agree that Emraan Hashmi is great as the wounded hero.
