KCR and Harish Rao Seek Kaleshwaram Project Report
The former leader of Telangana, K. Chandrashekar Rao, wants to see a report about a big water project called Kaleshwaram.
This report, made by the Justice P.C. Ghose commission, might say he was in charge of some parts of it.
His friend, Harish Rao, who used to handle water projects too, also wants a copy.
They want to see it because they might not agree with what the report says, especially since the new government is criticizing them.
They plan to talk about it in a special meeting and show that the report might not be right.
They are worried about the claims made in the report about their involvement in the project.
Former Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao has requested a copy of the Justice P.C. Ghose commission report.
The request follows criticism of Rao's role in the Kaleshwaram lift irrigation scheme.
Former irrigation minister T. Harish Rao also sought a copy of the 665-page report.
Harish Rao met with the Chief Secretary to submit the request letters.
The BRS party plans to challenge the report's findings in the Assembly.
