Sky Developing 'Girl With the Dragon Tattoo' TV Series
Sky, a TV network, is making a new TV show based on the famous book 'The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo'.
This book was already turned into movies, and now Sky wants to make a TV series.
The story is about a journalist and a hacker who try to solve a mystery about a missing girl.
The TV show will be a fresh take on the original story.
It's being produced by the same people who made 'The Crown' and 'Behind Her Eyes'.
The show will be available in several European countries and is being sold to the U.S. too.
The producers are excited because the book and movies were very successful, and they think the TV show will be popular too.
Sky is developing a TV series adaptation of 'The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo' by Stieg Larsson.
The series is a 'bold and contemporary reimagining' of the original story.
Producers include Left Bank Pictures, known for 'The Crown', and creators of 'Behind Her Eyes'.
The show will be available on Sky in the UK, Ireland, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, and Austria.
Sony Pictures Television will handle international distribution, with pre-sale efforts underway in the U.S.
