Rural Visit Helps Medical Students Understand Village Healthcare Challenges
Forty-seven medical students visited a village to learn what rural life is like.
The visit was organized by Sri Aurobindo Medical University with the Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board.
The students saw how villagers live, work and celebrate their culture.
They stayed at a rural homestay and rode bullock carts.
They also watched a bhajan performance and joined traditional activities.
The group trekked through nearby hills and visited Jahaz Mahal in Mandu.
Their teachers said this experience would help them understand patients better.
