IIT Gandhinagar Launches Three GenAI-Powered Tech PG Diplomas
IIT Gandhinagar is offering three new special courses that teach students about the latest AI technology, called GenAI.
These courses are like super-fast bootcamps that last for six months and are taught right on the IIT campus.
Students will learn a lot, about 600 hours, which is like getting two years of experience in the real world!
They'll learn how to build and use AI tools to create new things.
Only 60 students can join each course after passing a tough test and interview.
The goal is to train students to be great AI engineers who can invent and use technology to solve problems.
IIT Gandhinagar has launched three new postgraduate diploma programs focused on GenAI.
These six-month, fully residential programs are offered in partnership with Futurense Technologies.
Each program provides over 600 hours of intensive, bootcamp-style learning designed to impart industry-level skills.
Admissions are selective, with only 60 students accepted per program through the AINPT entrance exam and interviews.
The courses aim to equip students with skills in AI and Agentic AI Engineering, GenAI and Data Science, or AI-Powered Software Engineering with Cloud.
