AI to Elevate Blue Collar Work: Anand Mahindra

Anand Mahindra, the Chairman of Mahindra Group, gave a speech at the end of the year.

He talked about how artificial intelligence (AI) can make blue-collar jobs, like being a technician or a machinist, more important and valuable.

He said that AI will help these workers do their jobs better and make their skills as rewarding as white-collar jobs.

Mahindra also mentioned that India has a big chance to become a leader in innovation and talent because of changes in global education and visa policies.

He promised to support this by improving training programs and offering internships.

Additionally, he shared that the Mahindra Group has had a great year with strong performance in various business areas, thanks to their focus on AI and operational excellence.
