MLA Sirisha Addresses Healthcare Staffing and Wages Concerns
The local representative, MLA Sirisha, met with healthcare workers from the Adivasi Medical and Health Employees Association.
They talked about problems faced by healthcare workers.
A big problem is that there aren't enough people working in the health centers, and this has been going on for a long time.
The workers also want to be paid better, especially those who are hired on contracts.
These healthcare workers want the government to hire more people, give contract workers full-time jobs, and make sure everyone gets fair pay and benefits.
