Nordex Group in India Aims for 50% Revenue Growth by 2027
Imagine a company called Nordex that makes giant windmills in India.
They want to make a lot more money by the end of 2027, about half again what they make now!
To do this, they're planning to spend money to make their factory bigger.
Right now, they ship their windmill parts from a port far away.
They're hoping to use another port that's much closer, which will make shipping easier.
They will still use the old port, but this new one will help them export even more parts!
The company has already agreed to look at using the new port.
This will allow them to send more windmill parts to other countries.
Nordex Group aims for 50% revenue growth by the end of 2027 in India.
The company plans to invest ₹1,000 crore to expand its Chennai plant.
Nordex has signed an MoU to explore exporting through Kamarajar Port.
Currently, exports are done through the VOC port in Thoothukudi.
Kamarajar Port is closer to the Chennai plant than the VOC port.
