One Piece: Roger's Reason for Not Fighting Imu Revealed
In One Piece, the creator Eiichiro Oda explained why the Pirate King, Gol D. Roger, didn't fight the mysterious Imu, even though he knew the world's secrets.
Roger realized he wasn't meant to be the one to fight.
The world wasn't ready, and the chosen person wasn't born yet.
Also, Roger was dying.
Instead, he inspired the next generation of pirates.
