AAP Criticizes PM Modi's 'Double Engine' Pitch
The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in Punjab is upset with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's idea of a 'double engine' government, which means having the same party in power at both the state and central levels.
AAP says that when the BJP was in power in Punjab from 2014 to 2017, there was more drug use and crime.
They also say the central government owes Punjab a lot of money, around ₹50,000 crore, and that the BJP is not being honest about it.
AAP wants the Prime Minister to answer questions about these issues instead of making speeches they say are not true.
AAP criticizes PM Modi's 'double engine' government pitch, alleging increased drug abuse and gangster culture in Punjab during BJP's rule (2014-2017).
AAP demands answers from PM Modi on the alleged Ram Temple donation issue, repeated drug seizures at Gujarat's Mundra Port, and the Centre's pending dues to Punjab.
AAP claims the Centre owes Punjab around ₹50,000 crore, including pending flood relief funds and Rural Development Fund (RDF) dues.
AAP accuses PM Modi of spreading misinformation and falsehoods instead of addressing Punjab's real concerns.
AAP National Convenor Arvind Kejriwal criticizes PM Modi for lecturing on honesty while being involved in the Ram Temple donation issue.
