Pune Businessman Accuses Brother of Blocking Property Access
Imagine two brothers, Bharat and Rajiv, who were supposed to share their family's old houses.
Bharat lives in the UK, and his mother passed away.
When Bharat returned to Pune to visit his family property, he couldn't get in.
The watchman said Rajiv told him not to let Bharat in.
Bharat claims his brother is stopping him from using the property he inherited.
They have an old will from their parents that said they both get equal shares of the properties.
Now, Bharat is fighting to get access to his share and says that his belongings are still inside the house.
The police have gotten involved.
Bharat Pittie, a 57-year-old businessman, filed a complaint against his brother, Rajiv Pittie.
Bharat alleges he was denied access to ancestral properties in Pune.
The properties include a bungalow on Boat Club Road and another in Kharadi.
A will divides the properties equally between Bharat and Rajiv.
