Kirloskar Pneumatic Company Ltd (KPCL) recently announced its financial results for the first quarter of the financial year 2026-27.

The company reported a net profit of ₹21.2 crore, which is a significant decrease from the ₹143.8 crore profit reported in the same quarter last year.

The revenue from operations also decreased to ₹303.1 crore from ₹352.9 crore in the previous year.

In addition to the financial results, KPCL announced the acquisition of 99.49% of the total voting power and 48.75% of the total capital of KSEA, a trading company based in Thailand.

The acquisition is valued at 1,70,52,750 Thai Baht, which is approximately ₹5 crore.

KSEA had a turnover of 30.91 million Thai Baht (₹9.24 crore) and a net worth of 22.65 million Thai Baht (₹6.77 crore) in 2025.

The acquisition is expected to help KPCL expand its presence in the South-East Asia region and provide better customer engagement and support.
