3,000 Residents Await Relocation in Rajasthan Tiger Reserve

Four years after the Ramgarh Vishdhari Tiger Reserve in Rajasthan was established, around 3,000 residents from eight villages within its core area are still waiting to be relocated.

The forest department has started the voluntary relocation process, offering different compensation packages.

Some families have already received initial compensation, but the process is slow, and many are still waiting for their turn.

The government is working on providing the necessary funds for the next stages of compensation.
