Minorities Face Violence in India and Bangladesh
In India, a man named Raja Ali was hurt and had money taken from him by people he says were from the BJP.
They made him say something he didn't want to and took his money.
In Bangladesh, another man named Samir Kumar Das was killed in a planned attack.
His family is very sad.
People in India are worried about how minorities are being treated in Bangladesh.
There have been many attacks on minorities in Bangladesh, especially as their election time comes closer.
Some people think these attacks are not being taken seriously enough.
Raja Ali, a 27-year-old Bengali-speaking Muslim mason from Goghat, Hooghly, was allegedly assaulted by BJP workers in Cuttack, Odisha.
The attackers forced him to chant 'Jai Shri Ram' and stole ₹50,000 he had earned.
Samir Kumar Das, a 29-year-old Hindu auto-rickshaw driver, was beaten and hacked to death in Daganbhuiyan, Feni, Bangladesh.
Das's body was found near a hospital, and his auto-rickshaw was stolen, with no signs of robbery as motive.
India has expressed concern over the increasing violence against minorities in Bangladesh, urging swift and firm action.
