UK Doctor Detained in Mumbai
A doctor named Dr. Sangram Patil, who lives in the UK but is originally from India, was stopped at the Mumbai airport on Saturday.
The police detained him because someone from the BJP party said he posted bad and inappropriate things about the BJP and its leaders online.
The police gave him a notice to come back and talk to them later, and then they let him go.
He was traveling with his wife when this happened.
Dr. Sangram Patil, a UK-based doctor of Indian origin, was detained at Mumbai airport on Saturday.
He was detained in connection with an FIR filed by a BJP party worker for allegedly posting objectionable and sexually explicit content against BJP and its leaders.
