BPTP Sells 150 Faridabad Flats for Rs 750 Crore
BPTP is building a housing project called SkyNest in Faridabad.
The project is planned to have 325 apartments in two towers.
The company said it has sold 150 apartments for about Rs 750 crore.
That works out to an average of Rs 5 crore for each apartment.
BPTP's CEO said buyers are still showing strong interest in homes across Delhi-NCR.
However, a report by Anarock said housing sales in the region dipped slightly in July-September compared with the same period a year earlier.
The report counted 13,765 homes sold, down from 13,920.
