India Names U19 Squad for 2026 World Cup

India has announced its team for the Under-19 Cricket World Cup in 2026.

The team will be led by Ayush Mhatre, with Vihaan Malhotra as his deputy.

A special player, 14-year-old Vaibhav Sooryavanshi, is also part of the team.

Before the World Cup, the team will play some practice matches in South Africa.

Vaibhav Sooryavanshi will lead the team in South Africa because the main captain and vice-captain are injured.

The World Cup will be held in Zimbabwe and Namibia, and India will play against teams like Bangladesh, New Zealand, and the USA.

The team is excited and ready to win their sixth World Cup title.

Vaibhav Sooryavanshi recently scored 190 runs in a match, showing his talent.

He was also named vice-captain for Bihar in the Ranji Trophy.
