Infosys Announces Salary Hikes, Leadership Change
Infosys, a big IT company based in Bangalore, is giving salary raises to its employees in three steps starting in October.
Senior employees will get their raises in January.
The company also plans to hire 20,000 new graduates this year.
The current CEO, Salil Parekh, will be replaced by Ashiss Kumar Dash in April 2027.
Infosys made less money than expected in the first three months of the year, but they are still doing well.
They are also focusing on hiring people who know about artificial intelligence and other new technologies.
