ETASHA Society Launches DigiSaksham to Teach Youth Online Safety

ETASHA Society has started a free online learning platform called DigiSaksham.

It is designed to help young people use the internet more safely.

The lessons explain how to spot fake job offers, scam messages, unsafe links and other online dangers.

They also help learners decide what to do when something seems suspicious.

Young people can share what they learn with their families and communities.

BT Group and British Asian Trust support the initiative.

It aims to reach 20,000 people.

Its leaders say the goal is to help people benefit from the internet while staying safer online.
