Father-Son Art Exhibition 'Legacy on Canvas' Opens in Mumbai
Imagine a father and son who both love to paint.
The father, Naresh, paints pictures of gods, especially Lord Ganesha, that feel very spiritual.
His son, Sarvesh, paints stories about people and feelings, like a baby elephant with baby Ganesha, and musicians playing their instruments.
They are having a special art show together called 'Legacy on Canvas'.
It's like they are sharing their family's art traditions with everyone.
They use oil and acrylic paints to make their colorful pictures.
Their show is in Mumbai and you can see it for a few weeks.
They want people to come and really look at and feel their art, because art needs people to share it with.
Gallery FPH in Mumbai is hosting 'Legacy on Canvas', an exhibition by father-son artists Naresh and Sarvesh Patil.
The exhibition runs from November 1 to November 15, 2025, at Free Press House, Nariman Point.
Naresh Patil's work focuses on spiritual themes and the divinity of Lord Ganesha.
Sarvesh Patil's art explores human emotions, empathy through series like 'Gaja-Ganesh', and the inspiration of Indian classical musicians.
Both artists primarily use oil and acrylic mediums, blending realism with abstraction.
